Kris Chan, Managing Partner of SFAI Malaysia is an Approved Company Auditor. He is also a Member of Malaysian Institute of Accountants, Fellow Member of Association of Chartered Certified Accountant, Associate Member of Association Chartered Fraud Examiner, Associate Member of Chartered Tax Institute of Malaysia and also an Associate Member of Institute of Internal Auditors of Malaysia. He holds a Masters of Science of Accounting from University of London and an Honors Degree in Applied Accounting from Oxford Brookes University.

He has 20 years of audit and financial management experience. He started his career with 2 of the Big Four accounting firms and has served multi-national groups and public listed companies. He then held a senior financial position in a public company listed in Bursa. Subsequently, he joined an International accounting firm and rose to the ranks of an Audit Partner. He has He has vast experience servicing clients from SME to large conglomerate and Public Listed Companies. He has extensive experience acting as the reporting accountant for IPO and Corporate exercises such as fund raising, regularization plans and many more.

Kris Chan was a member of the subcommittee of Malaysia Institute of Accountant – Capital Market Advisory Committee.
