Lynnie is a Chartered Accountant in both Malaysia and ASEAN and an Approved Liquidator under the Companies Act 2016.Trained in Malaysia and Singapore, Lynnie brings about 16 years of local and international experience.

In Singapore, she was involved in the liquidation of one of the biggest global financial services firm i.e. liquidation of the subsidiary companies in the Asia region. Lynnie’s expertise is in complex disputes and liquidation of distressed public listed and private companies having successfully developed global settlement proposals, realized and distributed more than RM500 million worth of assets so far, most of them above market value. She also assisted in the administration of our national carrier – renegotiating contract terms of airplane lease.

Lynnie has a diverse industry experience. She has worked with top management, banks and lawyers and with shareholders and creditors in various roles. She has been involved in various industries, from plantation to property development, trading, manufacturing, financial institutions and a national airline.
